I never knew how important prayer is in ministry. Which is true considering all those time the Lord compelled me to go evangelized there was this sense of urgency. This lingering feeling that if I didn't do what I do, the other person's soul is forever lost. Thank You Lord for reminding me of this...
We are to pray that the Lord would send out laborers:
“Now the Greek is much more forcible, it is that he would push them forward, and thrust them out; it is the same word which is used for the expulsion of a devil from a man possessed. It takes great power to drive a devil out, it will need equal power from God to drive a minister out to his work.” (Spurgeon)
And he said to them, "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.

It's funny how sometimes our best spiritual worship or devotions aren't always the times where we read the Bible. Now I'm not saying that we should ever stop coming to God or substitute His awesome Word for other activities. But what happened to me today is truly bliss.
Today I was finishing up my monthly financial activities. And funny enough, I was reminded from my Lord to do my tithes.
And when I started to transfer some money to His Kingdom, I realized how much more money the Lord has blessed me this month. I realized and tears started to stream down my face... Thank You O Lord for entrusting me with these blessings. Not only through my God-given talents, but that I can contribute a small portion to Your great and awesome Kingdom come. I pray that You will reach out to my family and friends and everyone at large to come to know You.
Of Your great and awesome might and strength. That they may cower at Your greatness.
Of Your holiness and justness. That they may see Your perfection in all things.
Of Your sovereignty. That You are wise beyond all imagination, that You have all right to do all these things and more...
And of course, of Your great grace and mercy to which to this day I cannot fathom.
Jesus thankYou for bearing my sin and shame.
Jesus thankYou! For loving me when I knew no love.
Jesus thankYou... for giving me this opportunity to be apart of Your kingdom.
I was once Your enemy. And yet You loved me and invited me to sit at Your table.
O Lord, I am and will ever not be worthy of You. Yet by faith You have lived the perfect life and bore my sins to justify me to this day. I pray that all knee shall bow and all tongues shall confess of You O Lord. That they may see Your glory and cry in gratefulness. In reverence and awe always. I love You O Lord. And thank You thank You thank You... for everything and more.
