It's funny how God works in more ways than one. Today I started my day super lazy and lethargically. Without realizing it, time passed by and it's already evening time.
And yet, I was watching this video of Jaden Ivy a Detroit Pistons NBA player who intertwined so much of the gospel and how Christ blessed him in his games:
"I give all the glory to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for giving me these gifts, and you know just being able to glorify Him in heaven."
"We just keep shooting, keep trying, um you know, I sow the seed everyday, and continuing to trust God. You know, to grow my game..."
"Before we leave, I just wanted to just kind of um first I just want to say that Jesus is the way the truth and the life"
"um and to any any of you know the world that's hearing this message, the kingdom of heaven is near."
Jesus is coming back. And, we all have to repent for our sins. And we have to put our faith in Jesus, He will come back, um, when you least expect it. It's time to wake up, if you haven't put your faith in Jesus Christ"
Dear Lord Jesus,...
Thank You for another day and reminding me of my lapses of judgment. I continuously fall short of what I need to do, and yet You remind me to try again. To wholeheartedly trust in You in all that I do. Thank You for using a sinner like me, and for entrusting me with so much.
One day, You will return and in that moment, please help me be ready for Your arrival. Hearing Jaden Ivy speak so honestly about who You are and testify about the kingdom of heaven truly hit a chord inside me. I realized how I've take the time I have for granted. Please forgive me Lord for abusing so much of the blessings You've given. Help me to work harder, to testify more courageously, and to call others to repent of their sins and to put their faith in You.
Thank You waking me up today, I needed that. And for being my Lord and Savior always. May Your name be glorified. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen...
